I don't know why is so low. Probably been low all my life i noticed it in my 20s when i was putting in work in the gym but no gains. Got tested came back at like 225 when i was like 27. back then i would take clomid off and on which would get me up to the 500s or 600s. Generic clomid no longer available so a box like 175 for a 30 pack (2 month supply)Don’t you have to be on it for the rest of your life? Side effects? What caused your t levels to be low? Is it expensive?
I was gonna say something but ...
This. It keeps being cited how much "less of a man" each generation of men are, at some point this is simply gonna be a commonality... especially in the United States of Preservatives.
I have no desire for it and don't even know my T levels to question it but it's time to get off the macho shìt.
your testosterone naturally starts to decrease in your 30s and 40s. its completely natural. there is nothing wrong with supplementing hormones if needed. this site is so full of misinformation i would not be surprised if people have died because of it

"Testosterone levels tend to slowly decline in middle-aged men, and often fall faster after age 70.
In an analysis of 11 studies involving about 25,000 men in total, researchers looked at the possible factors for this more rapid decline in testosterone levels later in life.
They found that having a body mass index higher than 27 and engaging in less than 75 minutes of weekly vigorous activity were each linked to lower testosterone levels. Other contributing factors were having ever smoked and health issues like high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, cancer, and diabetes. Low testosterone levels can contribute to symptoms such as fatigue, weakness, and reduced sex drive."

Never heard this side of the argument.
A lot of older dudes are taking trt anyway. Problem with today is nobody knows what's natural built for a 55 yr old man and what's not.

i have insurance so trt cheap ($20 for a few months) so I'm probably gonna go down on the dose to like 80 mg to stretch it out more the dr office and the lab work the biggest cost.
side effects? injection site pain for life 2 days. bacne. increase in aggression and impulsiveness. Gaining muscle like back in the day so it's worth it but i prefer the clomid.
I wouldn't take either long term. just do as you feel necessary if you feel yourself slipping.
