I legit don't see a reason for a black man to be on TRT under 60 yrs old
nikka what? Lol, hey, my magic black man powers been on the fritz as of late. My mom died, the plants I got from her funeral died(did you know there are indoor plants wtf) The accounts are locked and I'm going broke trying to pay the utilities with what I had and don't forget lawyer fees. I'm fixing to be 43 and already had lower end T levels(but as long as it's within range, docs not prescribing anything) Im in a fog mentally, can't gain muscle, but if I eat a chip I get fatter. And from what I've been reading TRT could benefit.

And you telling me I got to wait till I'm 60

Because I'm a black man.

If you qualify through insurance: TRT is typically 100mg a week max from a doctor and will normally have most people's levels between 600-800 on their blood work depending on how you respond. Most Doctors don't even understand hormones or nutrition so finding one that is educated may take work.Very rarely will it be above 100mg, but that is person dependent, they may need more to reach acceptable levels.

200mg-250+ is typically dosing from a clinic which is more liberal and will have you 1500+ test levels and you are going to pay out of pocket. What is normal to a doctor is low to them on the bottom end of the scale.

They will typically prescribe Anastrozole (Arimidex) which is dosage dependent for most people to control estrogen sides if they occur. Some clinics compound this into the test which sound convenient, but its is better to get it as a separate med. It can kill your sex drive if too much is used, dry out your joints and mess up your lipid panel.

You will have to get your bloodwork done every few months to monitor your levels.

Its 2025, TRT isn't a taboo subject lol.

Fixing hypogonadism may need to go beyond diet and exercise as you age.

Traditionally, you shouldn’t need it in your 30s. However men’s T levels have been on the decline for decades to the point it’s more common than ever for the mid-late 30 crowd.

And yes it’s known that these fitness guys hide behind TRT when they’re really on full blown cycles.

End of the day it’s your decision to deal with low T symptoms while trying ways to fix it naturally, or go on replacement and keep it moving. :yeshrug:

This. It keeps being cited how much "less of a man" each generation of men are, at some point this is simply gonna be a commonality... especially in the United States of Preservatives.

I have no desire for it and don't even know my T levels to question it but it's time to get off the macho shìt.
