He seems very bitter because he is struggling and (I'm assuming because he struggling and in debt) didn't go to college, military, trade school, or received any education to advance himself. With him being a white man, this alone gives him privilege. It seems he didn't make the best decisions in regard to his career and being financially stable. I feel him because I wish I chosen a different major in school or went to military because the military has good benefits and is very family friendly. But I can't blame other folks for not choosing the best fit journey for my life.

If you're poor and have good grades, you can get free state college in all 50 states, no ifs, ands, or buts.
All you have to do is fill out your FAFSA and apply for various state and local grants.
