overblown. This chick could be using that EBT to feed a family of 8, with none of them having reliable income.

He might very well be living better than her in a TON of fukking ways, one of which is not having people judge him while he is in the checkout with his EBT card.

She might have got that truck when she was doing well, and now doesn't have a reason to sell it since shyt went south. Her credit could be fukked to where she won't be able to get something else, etc.

I dont know his exact point but I think food stamps and shelter should be universal, and part of universal basic income. So that everyone has food and a roof over their head by default, and you can work to have nicer food and home and buy other things (luxuries). But if you stop working, or never work, you have your food and shelter.

So that we dont have a situation where people who dont work have a better life than people who do, which might be the case SOMETIMES with welfare recipients living better than people with jobs.

Even in those cases, I just find it hard to blame said recipient. They're hustling, period.
Their hustle is to hustle the government out of benefits.


I think that, if someone who is employed is bothered by that, then they need to find a hustle that they can exploit and get to work on it.


It comes down to not hating the player hate the game, to me.
