Facts thats how it was for us in the triangle. They knocked down one of our pjs yrs ago (Chavis heights) and it was downhill from there. Alot of them cacs moving to clayton/wake forest/garner/knightdale and shyt.

Shyt southeast Raleigh, getting heavily gentrified too, its crazy to see cacs walking they dog in places they would have never stepped foot in before.

You could legit make a movie off this. Of course to fill it with more story you can fictionalized a bit. Like show him as a family man and everyone he knows love him. But, behind the scenes, he feels the walls closing in and stress building from bills and debts and finally has a chance to solve his problems once and for all and then the rest of the story is this tragic climax
