As far as the jumpshot goes, by the way both hands are placed, you can see its a "push shot" like how my mother would shoot the ball. You just take it and push it towards the basket and hope it goes in. his feet are also not parallel and flailing, so he probably jumped off his right foot too.
Plenty jokes about the other dude, but believe it or not, he's actually in good position, his arms are both where they needed to be, and most people dont put there all into jumping to block a jumpshot anyway.
