If the income limits are the same as a regular usda loan then this is bullshyt. When the average house being built is over 450k but you gotta make less than 95k a year it’s pretty pointless. And this is in a rural area that qualifies.

All I had to pay for was inspection fees which at the time was like 4 or 500 bucks. I negotiated no closing costs, and the usda loans took care of the down payment.
So it's only really worth it if you're going to use it to sell or as an investment

Otherwise you have to be caked up

That’s what I did for my first townhome. Bought it out in the rural area, right outside of Atlanta. The whole process was pretty smooth. Tryna get my baby bro to do the same.

We used to sell a shytload of homes in McDonough back in the day with USDA Financing. More black folk should take advantage of USDA

but people not trying to live out in the woods like that
