Nobody is asking for this fight bro. He has many viable options at 126, 130, and 135; there is absolutely no reason for him to be fighting a ,at best, B+ level 140lber this really won't get him stripes like you think it will. Barrios is ok bruh, that's it. He isn't a real threat at 140lbs to the top dogs. Too many great options he is passing up for a fight nobody wants. If Barrios at least had a major belt, ok go for it, but Barrios isn't a legit champ. This fight is a waste of time.
People saying this may end up on the mayweather logan paul undercard.

No way a fighter who’s a generous 5’4 can legit be successful moving up to 147 this day and age. It’s going to take some meticulous, much more cautious and careful Floyd-like Matchmaking to make this natural Lightweight have a successful Welterweight career if they want to eventually test those waters. A shame cause Tank’s overall talent is on par/better than Haney/Teo/Shakur/Garcia...and those young guys who have a chance to transition to Welterweight fairly easily

I also think barrios isn't tested yet I'm not a fan of this fight because of that... especially when tank has great fighters in his own division and one above.

Barrios was getting his ass kicked this fight, shyt was one of the biggest gifts in recent memory.
Hell of a fight too..I had that scored 114-112 for akhmedov...akmedov off the sheer workrate was beating the shyt outta him...the only thing akhmedov did wrong was go down early and late in the fight...the actual scores were pure BS though

Again it’s to see if he’s ready for the rest of 135. If he dominated Barrios then they know for sure he’s ready for this 135 fights. They have nobody on pbc that’s rangy like Barrios in order to test Tank in that way

This is going to be a amazing fight. First real fight of the year so far. Everybody don’t know Barrios but he nice. I’m a Tank fan, but I could see this 50/50. Barrios is a tough fighter and technically decently sound
