Some of the smaller cities, especially the one I'm living in now....has way too many damn lights...I'll give you that. Whoever designed White Plains was on crack.

a good friend shared with me her hilarious anecdotes about the cardiac arrests she nearly suffered whenever she would travel on the roads outside of the capital, in Nigeria:mjlol:

Culture might play a role, but not a decisive one. It's more about population size and density, which itself will determine traffic culture to some degree. I doubt it would work even in larger German cities.
