Even specific counties with small errors can hold up the results in the state if challenged. When you understand their endgame all the decisions they are making make sense.

They have no evidence of fraud, which is why they are now relying on phone hotlines to scape the bottom of the barrel.

They just had someone from Pennsylvania yesterday recant a fraud claim once they realized it would require testifying under oath.
