I don't want to be technical, but unless I missed it the story does not say that he murdered her.

The story says that he is being charged with "concealment." He was also charged with one count of "false report of a crime."

I don't know what those charges mean, because no other facts were given. It is possible that he murdered her, but until more fact are given it is also possible that he may not have murdered her but he may have known who did but concealed the information or the body to protect someone else. So we need more facts released before we can actually state that he murdered her.

It's crazy to me that the amount of training and oversight to be in law enforcement is less than that of a nurse and they can literally kill people any time any time they please. You should have at least a 4 year degree and a year of supervision before you're allowed to be a police officer. You should get quarterly psych assessments too and undergo bias training.
