Live trials usually have controversial verdicts. I still think Zimmerman is finished.

So in the defense opening statement he basically said that it wasn't a fair fight and that Zimmerm didn't stand a chance against a 17 year old who knew Muay Thai. Son was basically too athletic for Zimmerman.

the defense is saying if the operator told Zimmerman that he didn't have to follow the youngin', then why is he asking his whereabouts? which would almost make since expect Zimmerman had already taken things into his own hands and decided to follow him. so at that point he had to keep asking those question to alert the police on where to go.
