Did we read the letter? He clearly states that the only residents they rent to are black. So if they rent to him, he must also be black.

If he is white, though, I always find it funny when white people complain about being surrounded by predominately black people....and how uncomfortable they feel. Not even realizing thats how nikkas feel 90% of the time.

70% of the residents are AA's... So mostly being rented to blacks, but others get in.

Don't see a Mexican writing this type of letter...

Possible that this person is black. Then again I think a black person with that type of mentality wouldn't be living around other blacks like that. Damn sure not a place that is 70% black. They would have been rolled out.

Funny thing is West Oakland is predominantly black, so the tenants do reflect the demographics of the area. Not really convinced this is actually a white person since most whites in California do not even want to live in areas that are mostly black or hispanic, let alone bother wasting time writing letters to property management.
