- Installing surveillance equipment that enabled Iran to spy on anti-government protesters in 2009

- Doing business in North Korea, despite U.S. sanctions there

It's illegal to wear a mask under a number of circumstances in D.C. So some are asking why 100 white nationalists were able to get away with wearing face masks during a recent demonstration in the city.

Many states have anti-mask laws on the books that were passed in response to the KKK. But some legal experts say enforcing those laws against a new crop of white nationalist groups is tricky.
