They both lose. Mitch loses control of the senate if he doesn't have Trump's blessing, but Trump absolutely relies on Mitch to push his judges and everyone else through. They need each other and they know it.

Reading through this thread and realizing he will probably get 4 more years is just...

I'm not so sure of that after this COVID disaster. Before then yeah but after the more rational minds will vote against him. It all depends on how the virus is behaving closer to the election.

He's got like 17 states going rouge on him and the business leaders telling him things should stay closed for now. He's straight up emperor has no clothes right now.
