I never saw the issue with "jobs programs." Much better than the pittance that is welfare. Maybe that's what some of these lower class Trump voters were hoping for, mass deportations handled by them in the form of well paid government jobs. But if that were to come true now they'd just hire thousands of Indians to do it more cheaply and efficiently.
