BREAKING:Based on the transcript of Sunday's Georgia Kraken-case hearing, it is now clear the court DENIED Powell's request for a TRO. Trump is now 1-40 in post election litigation.

The attorney general said yesterday the Justice Department and Department of Homeland Security looked into this claim about voting machines changing ballots and saw nothing to substantiate it, yet Trump repeats it today with the presidential seal in front of him.

More Trump: "We have a company that is very suspect. It's name is Dominion. With a turn of a dial or the change of a chip you can press a button for Trump and the vote goes to Biden. What kind of a system is this. We have to go to paper."

The driver behind Trump's latest pardon talk is a fear he'll be prosecuted once he's out of office. In his recorded address, he says, "I hear that the same people who failed to get me in Washington have sent every piece of information to NY so that they can try to get me there."

But how does that work, I'm confused :dwillhuh:
Say individual A gets a preemptive pardon for a crime he didnt commit yet. Can he commit a crime after that pre emptive pardon and not go to jail ?
Have no idea. I just think it covers the one he's already committed but not investigated for.

Trump and Barr had a “contentious" meeting Tuesday after the attorney general told the AP the Justice Department uncovered no evidence of fraud that would change the election outcome, which led Trump to erupt. It was angry, but a person familiar says Trump wasn't screaming.
