Anybody else concerned about Trump getting the Supreme Court involved with his lawsuits?
Trump is toast. Even he knows it, but he's up to his eyeballs in debt and dumb ass crackers keep emptying out their bank accounts to own the libs. So he's gonna keep running this hustle.

On a side note: Have white conservatives completely lost their ability to survive? They used to didn't really believe this crap. It used to be stuff they say to keep holding all the wealth. Back in the days, they would have been tossed this fool and trotted out next great white hope.

I don't even see how they would even take the case. Not only that, I also don't think they want to get involved in destroying democracy. Because that's what would happen if they ruled in favor to reverse the election.

Destroy America, for Trump?

I wouldn't worry.
Worst case scenario, say they take one of the cases.

At the end of the day Trump hasn’t submitted much of anything tangible and nothing that would remotely change one single outcome.

Can’t Biden just pass this when he comes in :dwillhuh:

Or does he think that the USA is ever not gonna fund our military
No and yes. No because current congressional bills end January 4 (or last day of congress). Yes because the same bill can be proposed and voted on next term and Biden can sign it then.

The PA case is over. From what I can see, matter is outside of SCOTUS jurisdiction. It's primary concern is wholly a matter of the PA state constitution, and the dissenting justices said there could be a state case. They just brought the case in bad faith and had ridiculous demands. There's been no argument that rule 77 or whatever violates the US constitution.

I mean I posted that before the most recent ruling but the point was that even if it went to the SCOTUS it’s flimsy at its core.

If SCOTUS decides to take this case, who has the power to tell them it is not within their jurisdiction?

C’mon man. It doesn’t work that way. SCOTUS ain’t out here scavenging for cases. Things have to go up to them. Lowkey: The Supreme Court don’t give a crap about Donald Trump. Even those he put in, stay voting against him cause what can he do to them.

You didn't answer my question. I do not think Trump will succeed in this attempt to overturn the election, but Republicans have shown they are short on shame and long on ambition/imagination. They have also repeatedly shown that they are indifferent (at best) to democracy. We can talk about how institutions should behave, but what I care about is how they will behave.

Let's not forget some of the crazy ass questions ACB was refusing to answer during her nominations, including whether or not the President could unilaterally delay election day or even basic questions about the transfer of power.

I repeat, If SCOTUS decides to take this case, who has the power to tell them it is not within their jurisdiction?
