People in the future will wonder why so many Americans were cheering these bozos on like Germany with Nazis.

Imagine taking being a college student in 2050 taking a class on “Governance in American 1976-2020”, realizing your grandfather or grandmother, drunk uncle or aunt from Thanksgiving, neighbor or even former teacher was a Trumpian, an anti-masker or Tea Party Loon. Didn’t want to cover pre-existing conditions. Wanted to repress people’s right to vote. Racist. Deplorable. Disgusting.

A lot of white generations are going to have to answer for this just as they are now for the Civil Rights movement (and despite learning from their parents and grandparents wrongs, they are still trying to fight against it), but by then they will be the minority of the population and it’s really going to hurt.
