One of the things that stuck out to me in his hearing, was that he made a number of references to trucks going out on schedule but never said anything about making sure they were actually ready to go (on time).

Now he's getting subpoenaed for documents he said he'd hand over willingly also. I remember specifically when AOC asked him about handing over docs, he said he'd hand them over. AOC still asked to have subpoenas anyway and he had this stupid look on his face like "why would she do that, I just said yes".
