Unpopular opinion but I don't think Republicans are as divided as we want to believe. Personally I think the "moderates" will ultimately fall in line with whatever fukkery the MAGA extremists want. And it wouldn't surprise me if they crash the economy for political leverage. It sounds extreme but the entire Republican party should have been dismantled immediately after the coup attempt. Now the coup is still taking place. And they probably won't need to do another Jan 6th to accomplish their goals when they can do it all from the inside.

agreed... conservatives are just extremely nasty and vicious people.... we're used to seeing how nasty they are towards non-conservatives so we're thrown off when they start being that way towards each other... but remember trump said that cruz' father killed jfk and that his wife is ugly but now cruz is one of trump's biggest fanboys..... lil' marco...? he loves trump too... even jeb bush's son kissed trump's pinky ring....

They crashed the economy the last time they had the majority and what happened? they got voted out in spectacular fashion and it will happen again

I agree. The fact that the Rules package passed without problems tells me that there won't be as much infighting in the GOP as the media is making it out to be. Even with only one vote being needed on a motion to vacate, I doubt that will ever even come up.

And besides, none of these Republicans disagree with each other on 99% of policy views. The Gaetz crew only stirred up shyt to get committee assignments and a couple of floor votes.
