congrats on getting back to lifting man.
i started lifting two months ago doing the Stronglifts program. my numbers are about the same as yours on the squat/overhead press and BB row. my advice for the flexibility is to do a lot of stretching and maybe try yoga. like MMSex said, it's kinda weird that you can squat but have problems for the deadlift. maybe it's the fear of hurting your back that's making you nervous.
