The big domino here is that he'll have to divest from Twitter if the stock doesn't recover in a timely manner.

I can't remember the exact stock price, and I am not a stock expert to know the terms... but lets say $180-190p/s. It would trigger a margin call for Elon, as he is using his Tesla Stock as collateral to pay for Twitter. I have to keep reminding people at work interested in Elon, that Elon paid really $14-5 Billion out of the $44 for Twitter; the rest was from big banks and countries.
