Gene Simmons calls Prince's death 'pathetic'

Gene Simmons has weighed in on the recent deaths of musicians Prince and David Bowie in a new interview with Newsweek. According to the 66-year-old Kiss frontman, Prince’s death was “pathetic.”

“Bowie was the most tragic of all because it was real sickness,” Simmons said. “All the other ones were a choice.”

Geniuses should self preserve better. I think about Whitney's voice and it really makes me cringe the thought of her drugging. Even Mariah who probably doesn't drug has still fukked with her gift by not taking care like she should. Your voice is an instrument that requires training and upkeep.

No judgment cause I'm no genius and don't know the other side of thisr. Plus no one owes us anything but you would think with gifts like that they would see drugs and run in the opposite direction. Just like I dont expect to see top athletes doing dumb shyt jeopardizing their gifts and hard work.

Yes addiction is an disease. It runs in my family that's why I adamantly avoid drugs and gambling. If I had a genius gift best believe no one around me would be allowed to dabble with either .
