RIP to one of the GOATS. If it was in fact carbon monoxide poisoning, that’s some scary shyt. Me and my wife stayed with my mother in law for a bit. We had a setup in her basement. Her hot water heater started to go bad so we bought her a new one.
When, plumbers came to the house to install it, he called me over. He says “Watch this” and puts his hand on the hood above it. He’s like “See that? That thing is supposed to be so hot that I’m not supposed to be able to do that.” He then asked me if anyone ever complained of headaches, nausea, or was overly tired. I told him no. He said that we were lucky that nobody died because that thing was leaking carbon monoxide straight out into the basement. Creeped me the fukk out
. I forgot which actress it was but she lost her parents like that. The house was in disrepair and they would decline help from her. They were elderly and kind of shut themselves off from the family. When nobody heard from them they did a welfare check on them and they found them dead from carbon monoxide poisoning.
