Carport bigger than the house, b.:wow:

EDIT: If I was single, a strong maybe:patrice:.

You'd be an idiot not to. Location is the only thing that really makes you second guess.

Say it's $120k, you put down $20k. 8% interest over 30 years, your mortgage $1000. Refinance at 3%, your mortgage $703.

Honestly with that cheap cost of living, you can afford a nice hotel in the city if you want that nightlife. :yeshrug:

How so? What type of women live out that way? Also, doesn't it get hot as fukk out there?

I'm saying that it's far less populated than other cities in Riverside County..... It does get hot, but you'll likely be at work.

Coachella Valley traditionally has been for retirement communities, meth addicts, and people vacationing but don't want to go to Vegas.

It gets hot in the summer, but it's a good chance you'll be at work.

Is this a trick question? Why wouldn't you be able to live in this?

I am GenX. If I was single, had no plans of getting married and having children, then yes I would live there. Even married, and we decided we would not have children for at least 5 years or so, we would live there. The only problem I see with the place is it is too small to raise children in beyond the toddler years. So it would be sold after the child is 3 and we have moved beyond our break-even point on the mortgage.

TYRONE GA!
Looks like the Eastern edge Riverside County....My guess is near Palm Desert based off the mountains.

The biggest issue that most men would have with this is that it's location isn't going to be that conducive to a variety of women.

A nice 1 bed room house in the middle of Hicksville, USA? (California Love is only for the cities. It's RedNeckistan outside of that)

Tough one.

Without kids? Hell yeah, plenty of space outside for social gatherings and a nice sized kitchen.
