2. Marriage is about NOTHING ELSE than conflict resolution, emergency delegation, and the allocation of resources.

Marriages are handed down by governments to help delegate responsibilities to parents of children, establish property rights, and to grant tax benefits.

It HELPS if you love your "partner" but by no means are you obligated to do so.
