state law does not trump the constitution.

So are you saying the constitution implicates/forces all states to sanction gay marriage? Point me to where it implies that in the constitution friend

So you're just using this news to troll is basically what you're saying and dont have any personal thoughts on the matter.

Im sorry but you skipped over my question. Do you have gay friends, friend?

Most of these guys don't have any gay people they can actually call friends. IF they did they would realize how much of a trivial distraction issue this is.

Either way - the constitutional right to same-sex marriage hasn't been changed.. that is the real debate, it's that fact that leaves them response-less when you ask them for real thoughts on the matter.

However, these two decisions open the door wide open for Obama. HA- I dare him to show how transparent he is with this shyt. If he falls for this trap and goes for the executive decisions on this issue - BUT DIDN'T address (or was on the wrong side) of real issues like Privacy rights and voting, and foreign aid, and foreign military aid to conflicts, and healthcare, and etc etc etc... then gottdamn it. it's over for us.

you compare being gay to being black and I swear....:rudy:

ok, let's take marijuana then.

feds say it's illegal, some states allow it.
at any time the feds could come in and crush a marijuana dispensary because state law does not trump federal law.

He has proven himself to be a bytch over and over again. My liberal friends hate him for it --- except of course over this issue. I don't really have any conservative friends expect for my own shadow... but we both know Obama can be backed into a corner and forced on any issue - the same way he was force w the Israeli settlement thing.

Take United States v. Windsor for example. I think that's a fukked up situation cuz the two women were in love.. but fukk it law is law. Obama administration said the law and situation was fukked up (i feel the same way) but they enforced the law due to the constitution. So far Obama n them are saying to confer all the benefits and burdens of marriage on gay and lesbian couples through robust civil union or domestic partnership laws but withhold the label “marriage.” I agree with this. Nobody wants to prevent happiness. Nobody wants to prevent property rights and death rights.... but changing the constitution shouldn't happen because of lifestyle and definition changes shouldn't happen because 5% of the population want validation of fringed sexual practices.

Well no one has the presidents back really. The families that look out for him and support him have their own agenda so by that logic he can only do as much as his sponsors allow. Its so demonic, friend.
