Ca was the first to Really lock down, ca was aggressive, ny really waited until it was too late. The bay has its own health issues with the homeless. Newsom stopped evictions and is trying to put all homeless into hotels. He knows if this hits the homeless that’s when the sh!t hits the fan. He’s been aggressive, will it work? Hopefully but probably not
