:rudy::shaq2: dat's a 1997 price, brethen!:comeon:

What's ya locale?

Lowest gas was $1.27 in late 2008. The average was about $1.30. You don't remember oil dropping to $33 a barrel after the financial collapse? And I live in Houston.

It's like $3.70-$3.90 in my area depending on the gas station.

If I didn't work from home most of the time I'd be hating. :win:

Oil was $150 a barrel that summer though. Driven mostly by speculation.

and its around $100 nowdays and driven by speculation still. I mean there has NEVER EVER been any sort of shortage of oil. and prices of commodities should be driven by supply and demand. however with oil prices, this never seems to work out. cuz there's an abundance of it, yet we are paying out the ass for gas still.
