Nip don't get the props he deserves as a pioneer and legend.

I loved this album. Dope concept.

"Assalamu alaykum Brother Quanell X"
:myman:

I don't sip lean but if I did I would pour up to this joint
:whew:

K Rino went in on this joint
:banderas:

Reporter from hell :lupe:

I got introduced to Quanell X on this album. Good to see he's still out here speaking the truth
:salute:

The Gravediggaz was basically the same concept
:jbhmm:

Or it could just be a coincidence because Nip and Gravediggaz was muslims that happen to do Horrorcore music

Yeah, I prefer Nip's first album, but this was definitely one of the first horrorcore albums to drop.

My Og potnah Seagram (RIP) put me on to that Ganksta Nip. The South Park Psycho album...That album was savage & comedy at the same time:mindblown:

I think I played that shyt every day and ngz thought I was going crazy. :demonic:.........:whoa:... Then a few seasons later in the dope game, them same ngz was all on that Brother Lynch band wagon:shaq2:

I think I first heard Bro. Quanell name 1st mentioned in a Geto Boys song. I didn't make the connection until someone on the Coli posted that clip with him beasting up on some redneck militant:ahh:

Honestly I think it was The Flatlinerz that influenced the Grave diggaz but NIP was that nga:salute:

Did you fukk with Esham?

I bought a Esham cd back in the day and didn't like it...

And I think Quanell use to do security for Rap a Lot he used to be in the Nation Of Islam

U see him in the beginning of this Geto Boys vid at the 18 second mark

Nips first album was classic, straight horrorcore

I think I prefer the 2nd album tho cause nobody mixed pro black Conscious rap with horrorcore before... it's a really weird combo but it somehow worked.

Classic album. One of the rawest album covers ever

That album cover is crazy

I remember when I first bought this tape I popped the tape in and just held the case mad long looking at the cover like
:lupe: :dwillhuh:

That's one of the sickest concept albums ever. I think it went over a lot of Gangsta Nip fans heads. People loved the first album and knew he was on some evil horrorcore vibe and probably thought the 2nd album was just some more horrorcore stuff when they listen to it.

2nd album was horrorcore from a NOI perspective. When he talked about Hell he wasn't talking about an Afterlife he was talking about Hell on Earth. When he talked about the devil he didn't mean Lucifer he was talking about the White Devil.

Haven't listened to his music in years, but he's definitely a pioneer. As far as I know, he does have recent music as well.

And that album cover reminds me of when my dad was telling me about a fight him and some of his friends were getting into as kids. He said in the middle of the fight, a car passed by and some dude rolled the window down and said "hey! quit fighting each other like that, go fight some white kids instead" and peeled off :mjlol:. My dad was pretty much like ":lupe::jbhmm:" after that lol

Them Lo Lifes...
I remember when I first heard Nip on that Geto Boys/Rap a lot wave.

Back then, the South was barely getting props..and I was like.."whats cornball shyt" (Was a straight hip hop head during those times)

Until I bumped the album and it had straight slap!! :takedat:
