IMO...Moment of truth is much better than hard to earn

but still keep wonderin a gangstarr album between 95 to 98 where i believe Preemo's peak

"wrath of the math" " livin proof".."krs-one".."kollage" ..."firing squad" .and Biggie, nas, jay singles that he produced within that time period

Coulda been a classic
I love those albums you mention but I loved Hard To Earn.. It's tough.

Hard to Earn and Daily Operation are still Gang Starr's best albums to me.

Moment of Truth was probably their last undeniable album, but I could never put it up there with the two that came before it. This was the first album of theirs that a lot of people heard who missed the earlier ones. So I get why certain people hold it up so high. But this was well after Primo's peak years. Guru's, as well. '92-'96 is when both of them were pretty much untouchable. All their best sh*t was made during that stretch, with a few exceptions for beats that Preme did for this album.

Another "Premier was better than Guru" thread. :snoop:

Guru had his best lyrical performance since Step in the Arena on this album, and people still came in here to shyt on him. If you can't even see his talent on Moment of Truth, then he's just not for you.

People really get blinded by the monotone and think that Guru's not saying anything. :beli:
