Silver lining is that it has gained viewers every week. I been watching since its debut (Kitchen Nightmares on demand put me on early) and it has gotten better each week

You are right. The actor who plays him isn't even Mexican, he is a Kiwi.
The way they speak Spanish on this show is so fukken terrible.

i've only caught a few episodes but it seems like a pretty damn good show. i'm going to be keeping up with it, but hopefully it doesn't fall prey to fox's usual tactics where good shows never get past their first season.
