^ You never seen 'straight from the projects' documentaries? My cousins and my sister used to show people different projects when they came to New Orleans. Any time I travel I want to see the hoods too, projects included. I always checkout the graffiti wherever I'm at to see what gangs are active but it can tell you alot about what's going on in that area in general. I went past some projects in Irvington Nj not to long ago and I started asking the person I was with about them. There was some seniors buildings across from them. Might sound crazy but there is a certain mystique projects have and it can be almost intriguing if you never lived in them or been there. I've been to projects in three states so far.
irvington is real all those little towns in jers bordering Newark from elizabeth, EO irvington hillside, also jers city is wild...graffiti dont really mean alot on the east like way back its there but meh its not like u know u somewhere all the time cause its clear on the walls...the illest PJ's in that area they done knocked them down... prince st jers heads can co-sign was:merchant:....trust me you wasnt going there for no reason:pachaha:...and east kinney was the first high rise project i seen with majority broken windows and mad extension cords hanging of the building sharing electricity outside the windows people n kids livin there:mjcry:

His actions were killing the community.
Its an inevitability that somebody will step in to supply the DEMAND. We focus on the wrong end here. Look up Portugal drug policy, swiss, danish policy. And look at the murder rate and quality of life. He is a symptom not the disease.

Excuses. Whether it's him or someone else, people like that are a plague to the community. Grow up.

See if you looked up those countries laws like I said you would be able to have a valid response instead of the intellectually lazy one of grow up, like I support him or what he did. My point is countries with higher drug use where govts have steppes in to regulate the market and give addicts their heroin or w/e have effectively eliminated players such as him but do you and look at things in black and white instead of seeing color.

You have to wake up and face reality breh. Drug use/abuse was, is and going to be a part of society. Rather then trying to prevent it, we should look at controling it.
If it didnt effect the cacs they wouldnt give a shyt in first place.

That was platzspitz park in Switzerland before they decriminalized heroin and gave it out for free. fukking Switzerland man, these problems can be solved overnight if the government wasn't in on the cut and changed the laws. I'm posting this as a PS to my last post.

They dont give them heroine but methadon over there. Which made the heroin business shrink by an estimated 70% and an even bigger dicrease of drug related crimes. Its controlable if the right people want it to be controlled.

They have prescription heroin for ppl who don't stay clean on heroin like most EU countries. Even the UK has scripted heroin since the 40s. Also hate drug s are decriminalized up to 5 grams so the addicts and low end dealers don't get caught up in the system.

Unless I am mixing up the scripted heroin with the Danish. I know most of those countries have at least monitored injection even if they don't supply it which has obviously almost wiped out the OD rate.
Thanks for engaging in a real adult convo @dutchie.

I am not an armchair soabboax type, who is going to go on about the evil of drug trafficking and organized crime, though it is doubtless there are evil men in that ecosystem….It is really much more then morality at play here….But, I will also say organized crime and drug trafficking organizations function in Sweden and Portugal as well, granted at a less savage capacity. It's a complex, layered discussion, easy answers are non existent.

Of course they do most of those countries(not Sweden they're draconian) felt with the heroin epidemic in the 80s and made changes where we have made none, so they have effectivy cut out illegal trafficking on a large scale. Obviously there is still crime bit the govt took a lot of their income away so they rely more on fraud and white collar crime to fund themselves in those countries

I agree with you, it's clear, whether or not it is a mindful conscious collusion or just the inevitable trajectory of inequality and colonialism the policies of the US (specifically on a judicial level) only further the divide between the rich and poor, which furthers the criminal segment of that demographic.
