Yeah apparently the dude pre-ordered GTA V and upon coming to the GameStop to pick it up was unable to produce a valid ID, (if he even had one). So the confusion came out of him because he already paid for it but couldn't get it without his ID whereas the manager couldn't give him the game because of store policy/ESRB sh*t.

Fo real...I do the same shyt. When i brought GTA V the other day the dude at the counter was like "Next time you should pre-order"
And I gave him this look like "and give me my damn game"
