1. Onimusha Warlords (PS5/Playstation Portal)

Just finished, game was easy up to the final boss who took me like 20 goes. Dope samurai hack and slash with Resident Evil style graphics, dope boss battles and enviroments but better controls and no inventory management. Story was wacky as fukk but that is part of the charm, and only like 5 hours long. 8/10, shame they never ported 2,3 and 4.

Currently playing "Crypt Custodian" and "Steamworlds Heist 2", not sure what'll finish up next. Also have "Lost Judgement" waiting for me.

Metroid Prime Remastered for the switch . Never owned or played a GameCube.

Did not enjoy it at all, stingy with the save rooms towards the end game with some long haul back tracking made it tedious .

Looks good graphically , only Fire Emblem Engage and Luigi Mansion 3 looks better imo.


Dropped Fate/Samurai for ps4, excessive talking for every character interaction.

Probably will do Resident Evil 4 Remake next.

Finished in ten hours or so, with 70% of the map complete. Games does some things very well - like gamefeel, presentation and boss battles - but isn't great compared to other metroidvanias/zelda-likes. You get abilities you don't use much, puzzles are pretty basic, exploration doesn't have that satisfaction that great games in this genre has, sections of the game seem straight under-developed but I still enjoyed it. Good sense of humour as well. 8/10.
