Games that were just so hard you said "fuk it" and just quit

I honestly can't think of any games that have forced me to quit because of difficulty this gen, games are super easy now (I'm literally breezing through MW3's campaign on veteran). I usually beat anything I play nowadays, or lose interest and end up beating it later on.

my top 3 picks of hardest games ever would be

1. Michael Jackson's Moonwalker for Sega Genesis (I could never get past that graveyard stage)

2. Donkey Kong (original version on NES, after the 3rd stage its impossible to beat)

3. Mortal Kombat Trilogy on PS1 (The CPU AI is cheap and knows every move you make before you even press the button, If ur lucky enough to make it to Shao Khan this nikka annihilates you with 3,4 hits)

Dark Souls is the only game this Gen I ended up quitting cause of difficulty. I wasn't feeling the game anyway so I think that factored into me selling it.

The only game I can think of from last Gen was that Contra game for PS2. That shyt was nuts.

No joke I was about to make a thread about posting your favorite snes game (because of aladdin). Aladdin was the shyt!!!!!!!
