A shytty drum. If nikkas ain’t got both platforms I don’t know what to tell ‘em. Both platforms catch WAY more flack for shyt Nintendo does with little to no scrutiny.
I keep telling people it's because Nintendo is a brand with world wide and mass appeal.
They would have to royally screw up in quality, QOL, innovation of games and price point for years if not a couple decades before people started to really go
But the most whack mario game is better than some of the better platform games... And the same goes for a lot of the titles, they also take some of the more bold risk with every console designs. Especially when it comes to graphical power never being the main draw of the systems
Not only that, things like Pokemon being brands that are not only video games, but card games, movies and mobile games that Nintendo can offer a basic release at a higher price and it just be held to a different standard.
MS and Sony don't have iconic brands like that they have to still pander and service the gamers 1st who are some of the most whiney, fickle and picky consumers.
But they spend more money and time on there hobby than anything else.
700 dollars I didn't have to spend10 out of 25 winners all on Gamepass and a bunch of other nominees
