Obviously fake. There's nothing here that hasn't been rumored and speculated upon for months now. Anybody could've said that. The specs basically tried to make both be very close to each other based upon people hearing they'll both be close to each other and knowing that rumors have circulated in the XsX possibly being 12Tflops, it's the "GHZ!!" buzzword for non techies to latch on he put 12TFlop for the PS5.
