Let me know when somebody ruins their TV career to be in the music industry and I'll be laughing. If this is true, that's good for Game because there probably wasnt another million in the rap game for him.

Drake and Childish Gambino. Though I'll admit they are more or less TV stars that crossed over into the rap game.With only Drake really being overly successful. I think Degrassi was over, and Gambino still has that Community show.

trust me in the music industry like almost all types of entertainment industries, once you sign YOUR NAME to a label, or whatever they own that name for example

You realize that tv and movies are not the same as music right? So when they sign as 'MC Rapper' to a label and are locked in with that label they cannot go release music under the same name. That doesn't mean when they go do anything else not related to music that the label gets paid.
The Game signed a recording contract with G-Unit that was done after the first album. It was a one album deal. He did not sign his life to G-Unit.
Hulk Hogan is not owned by Vince McMahon because he uses his likeness everywhere and he went after his wife in court papers for soiling his name. Vince McMahon didn't get paid when Hulk Hogan did Rocky.
The Rock is a trademark of the WWF, Dwayne Johnson the person is not. They do not get paid from his acting gigs.
