Rhaenyras children have as much Targaryen blood in them as Alicent’s children. Because Rhaeneezy is Targaryen. Alicent is a Hightower not a Targaryen so her kids aren't "pure". That's probably why she so pressed about whether Rhaeneezy and Daemon fukked that night.

Right Daemon and Rhaenyra is a very strong claim to the throne, Aegon cant match that but Westeros is conservative as fukk they aint trying to see a woman on the Throne like that.. even Dany 200 years later had alot of people chafing at her being the Queen and she had a VERY strong claim
