Yes, but it really only applied to his 1sr season. It is a stupid to use it as a derogatory designation because every QB has to manage the game. Hurrying up to keep a defense in disarray is managing the game. Calling an audible to a run when you see there is a light box is managing the game. Running as much of the play clock down before scoring at the end of the half so the other team doesnt have much time left to strike back, is a form of game management. Taking a sack to keep the clock running in a 4 minute drill instead of throwing the ball away and stopping the clock, is a form of game management. Etc..
