Gallup poll, people don't like female managers

I've had maybe one or two female managers that I could absolutely rock with... The others, you had to play a guessing game as to what was really up, and I don't like that. Tell me what's really good, don't sugarcoat it. I have so many stories of unnecessary workplace drama that could have been totally avoided had the female manager took a stand and not fed into the bull.

I'm in the same field and I've had mostly female managers. I got no problem with them.

I don't really have a problem with male managers either, but I feel like working with them is a little more difficult IMO cuz if the two of you aren't "buddies" at work, who can interact casually, then we barely talk and a lot of shyt goes unsaid. So you have to spend a lot of time trying to read dudes actions to figure out what theyre not telling you. Women usually communicate more directly whether your friends or not...in my experience

but they treat subordinates like shyt....well, black ones anyway.

As someone who has 4 white female supervisors at the moment, I can assure you it is not only black ones.

Only 2 out of the 4 are power hungry lunatics. But, 50% is quite a number.
