You have to remember tho they was kinda a package deal with AJ and the WWE was still actively trying to break into the Japan market so they got pretty good deals to start

I know AJ Styles wouldn't come over unless they were taken care of all I'm saying is that at this point in their careers I find it hard to believe WWE is going to overpay to that extent unless it's to keep AJ happy..

Should of stayed in NJPW...new people come get used for a few months (if that) then it's off to random shyt vs random teams that don't make sense. I would only sign to WWE if it was my "dream"

They came here and were really hyped up after their Japan run. And then they did absolutely nothing of interest with them. Hopefully they can go to AEW and I can see what all the hype was about

Ryback said on his podcast that he turned down a 3 year, $1.5 million guaranteed contract ($500k per year) when he left and that he was easily making over $1 million per year after bonuses, merchandise share, etc.. that was several years ago and well before the 2 billion in new television deals came into play. so it's very believable that guys like Gallows and Anderson got similar offers.

Ryback lies a lot and if he did clear over a mill it was because he main evented a few shows so he got percentage of house take on that. Vince didn't decide to start giving dudes more money because of TV deals. In fact, part of the reason Punk left was because PPV bonuses got very convoluted after the network came about and PPV, true PPV was near obsolete.

Vince is only offering more money now because of AEW and the NJPW/ROH/CMLL partnership.

the WWF should've built them as the bullet club, with them, AJ, and FInn on the same show. Have all 4 of them hold titles. but that made too much sense so they aint do shyt
NJPW owns BC. This is why "The Elite" became a thing.
