Gal did her thing in the first Wonder Woman. Pretty much everything else has been mediocre at best.
LMAO I’m sorry this is pure bullshyt and clearly a stunt. I don’t doubt he had static on the set especially coming in off such a difficult situation. But only Spielberg, Scorsese, Cameron, and maybe Nolan have clout enough to threaten anyone’s career.

The thing that surprised me was his attitude towards women. He wrote amazing female characters but was an actual scumbag to them in real life.
Mutually exclusive....also writing women is easy. Write them as you would a man, except take out all reason and accountability.....there you have it, every woman in every good tv show, book, anime, etc.
Isn't this the entire point? That powerful men in Hollywood created this culture that became baked into the entire industry and convinced everyone that it was normal, except now when you hold a light to it people are starting to realize the shyt isn't normal at all. You don't need powertrip bullying and sexual harassment to make movies.

Remember how women treated in the black and white era, you either sucking, fukking and saying yes to parties, or you get shytty roles, and no red carpet treatment. Though there's also the women who powertrip, and will feed new and upcoming actresses to the lions. Its just a scummy society, but that's every place built with power. Imagine all the lawyers, nurses, doctors, etc who have fukked their way to the top.

Now as far as Weinstein or Whedon....they probably both overtly threatened people for sexual favors....but I find it very hard to believe everyone was unwilling participants.

Of course, that would make total sense. But it speaks to why we continue to have these issues with people who abuse their power. All it takes is some "difficult to work with" shyt going around and you can be thrown in the bushes. He would be able to do something like that if he really pressed it.

Some of the women definitely were willing to fukk for the come up.Well then he was delusional.
But that has nothing to do with what I said. Enough people have came out now that there is obviously an issue with dude. He's a creep and a weirdo. But this ain't something that just happened. The cast of both shows was chilling with him in like 2019. Fast forward a year and a half later and they're talking like he's a Nazi. Whole cast is looking extremely funny in the light.

In regards to not speaking out we've seen it with women and black folks that if you speak out about mistreatment the whole industry can blackball you. You can be labeled as problematic. So for instance if Gal came out shytting on Whedon about harrassment, then Weinstein would want to keep her away from any project attached to him as he doesn't want his spot blown up. It's a fukked up game and the predators protect each other to keep the ball rolling.
