$1,000 & 1-Year Gym membership. But it's not the prize, it's my competitive nature once I commit to something. I can be maniacal about small shyt once I mentally commit to doing something. I can't help it, I'm always punishing myself for some nonsensical reason.

I made it brehs. Hit my goal and weighed in for the contest. I can take it easy now and eat a little bit this weekend.

After I weighed in at 177 yesterday morning, I went to the gym 2 more times(at lunch & after work) and did some elliptical and hit the sauna hard. Felt good this morning and floated through my 8-mile run. Got down to 172.6 and weighed in at 174 with my clothes on for my contest.

Breh I aint lifted weights at all for the last 3 weeks. Just pushups, ab-work, pullups, and running intervals on the threadmill.

I'm cut as shyt, but way too skinny. About to ease my way back into some weight training. Gonna try to focus on my legs alot more.

30 pounds in 4 days breh slow down. when you cut too fast you end up losing a lot of muscle. 4 days though it was all water. Since your lean if you do it right, you could prolly bulk for a couple years before another cut
