The problem is you can't even have the conversation without being accused of being phobic or spewing hate filled rhetoric thats damaging and dangerous to the "trans community"
But the fact is that the majority of "trans" ppl who get the surgery regret it down the line. The "advocates" hit you with the scare tactics that not "allowing the child to be who they are" can have dangerous results such as suicidal ideation and self harm but they leave out the FACT that the overwhelming majority of suicides with trans ppl occurs after the surgery.
In every other instance a parent doesn't just let their children do whatever they wan't even when it comes to comparatively benign stuff like watching too much tv or eating too much junk food but you gon encourage them to permanently mutilate their body or get on drugs that cause cancer????? FOH.
And if gender isn't defined by genitals why the urgency to mutilate them?? Its all hypocrisy, nothing wrong with being gay unless you raise concerns as a non gay and then you gon get called one in a negative way.
