That's because you're looking at it all wrong.....Another trash episode that has nothing to do with the arc of the story. 3 in a row now. Atlanta is falling off. What, they can't afford Van or something?
I mean, it's been established that CC is a bigger star than Al, that's the reason Al is looking to make the jump.Al thinks Earn is a shytty manager and he thinks Clark County's manager...the white dude would be better and get Al more opportunities.
What's funny is that every promo spot/outing/show etc that Al is at, Clark County is there as well. The white boy is doing the same shyt Earn is doing but he probably has CC locked down in some kinda contract, robbing CC like crazy.

Tracy is a leach just like Earn. Difference is that Tracy doesn't ask Al to do anything...just rolls with him as goon. Earn has to step up his game but Al WILL get fukked over if he puts too much trust in Tracy and the white boy manager. That Golden Gun from the Katt Williams episode will come into play. Earn will either kill Tracy by accident (maybe in a fit of rage) or he will save Paperboi when Tracy, for some reason isn't available to do his job.

When they were at Spotify, that was Al's first time there. CC it seems had been there before and had a relationship with the dude in charge. CC was in a commercial and on the soundtrack for a blockbuster movie. CC is clearly on another level and he credits his manager for that. CC even said the industry only allows one black person at a time to be that dude and CC acknowledges that he's that one right now.
