Meek will be remebered???...:russ:....I swear you young nikkaz say some of the most outlandish shyt...
Yea cause meek ain't one of the top 5 most popular rappers of his generation, and the biggest street rapper by a long shot.

Wtf wrong wit u dudes, nikkaz still remember jadakiss and he was close to being a top 5 artist of his generation. These dudes have been around on a mainstream level for 5-6 years, dropped multiple hits, and have done of the biggest songs on his generation in hip hop(intro, Ima boss, tupac back, levels)

Why wouldn't he be remembered? Now will he be remembered in a good light is another question, but he will be remembered for sure

Two different questions are being posed here.

In terms of who is hotter in the streets, it depends. Future has it in terms of songs. Meek Mill has it in terms of albums. Mixtapes? it's about even.

As far as who is going to be remembered, Future's style is more unique than Meek's. That may take him further. We'll see though.

Meek is not close to Future.

No one even cared about DC3.

This album got the bump from him being even more in the public eye with the Nicki Relationship and dropping a surprise album

Even then the most talked about songs are RICO, Jump out the face, and the song with Nicki and Chris.

What songs do Meek have like Trap nikkaz, March Madness, Codeine Crazy? Songs that are random songs off mixtape that everyone is feeling and can be played in the clubs to make everyone go crazy?

Meek still living off that Dreams & Nightmares intro, Im a Boss and Levels.

I dare him to do a set anywhere and not play those 3 songs and see if the crowd is still rocking.
Na meek have a bunch of songs that still get run, let's stop fronting my nikka. And I don't think any of those songs future passed intro yet tbh. But like I said Ima bigger future and enjoy future more. But him not being a traditional artist and him not being exactly "hip hop"enough and not having bars will kinda hurt him.

Another thing I can't remember a time period since Ima boss when meek wasnt blasted out cars and wasn't played in clubs

What are these Meek songs that get run? I don't hear them and Im really out here. Im a Boss doesn't get played in the clubs anymore.

I have said that "Dreams and Nightmares" should be the black National anthem but my point isn't which songs are better its about what random Meek songs are getting love by the hood and clubs and such?

Only people that care about "traditional" and "bars" are the nerds on here like @Kitsune thats talking about real hiphop or whatever.

Nothing off DC3 made noise.

How is it even when it comes to mixtapes?

Meek has 1 mixtape that is revered.

Future has 5.

Pluto is the best album between the 2

Being really out here in bama is different then really being out here in New Orleans, which is totally different then being out here in philly / new York/ LA Ect.

Meek is still getting crazy run down here and the hoods still bump meek more, it's the clubs and turn up spots that bump future more.

When it comes to mixtapes I'm going off what I heard others bumping and talking about. Meek's Dream Chasers series have been huge mixtapes. That's not saying that Future's mixtapes haven't been.

In terms of albums, it's not about what's the best, it's about which ones were hotter in the streets. Both artists have fan bases that praise the mixtapes more so than the albums, but Meek's albums are bigger than Future's.

U a old head talking out your ass.

Skill does not = if a artist will be remembered. It's about the impact you had on your generation. Jada has a good impact on his, meek is having a great impact on his, in street rap meek is easily the biggest artist, nobody comes close in his generation.
