The message is important for young black girls. By that I mean they should be shown their features, skin tone, and just them existing (if they work to improve themselves) is valuable enough. If you’re 25+ and excited that a nikka like Future is “praising” only BW.. then..I'm going to piss off some people by saying this, and I sot of don't care, but I don't think this is that serious of an issue from that standpoint, as people make it to be. In regards to hiring and so on, sure, but much of that has to do with interactions with non-black people and society, something I can understand. In terms of fukking and relationships, it all comes across as some serious cope.
This sentiment sums up my opinion on most social media movements focused around women.. they sound excellent for a younger girls but it only seems the older ones are targeted.
